This is another new post series I am going to run for a while.  While far from scientific this series will show you some of the things that have been catching my eye.

I recently played in a Golf tournament and one of my partners had a $400+ golf course GPS.  This thing was awesome, no more guessing on yardage or trying to figure out what club to hit, it was all right there.  Now most of us cannot afford anything like that but then comes along Golfshot for the iPhone.  It does everything the $400+ job does but for only $29.99.  I will be buying this app very shortly and will give you a review of its performance.
