Great product. After long research, it seems as Garmin is best gps product over all.
Signal is always good, fast re-route calculation, easy to use and more user friendly.
The product is little bit high but it's worth every penny.

no it would not. They are pretty strict on what qualifies. The company that manufactured the car would have to submit paperwork to the state and the federal government to get approved for the rebate. Without that letter from the IRS I do not think that you could get the rebate. Also I believe it has to be a new vehicle. Hope this helps.

Only a few states allow the use of vehicles on higher speed (45 mph) roads based on laws creating a MSV (medium speed vehicle)class of vehicles. Despite vigorous lobbying to allow LSVs to travel at higher speeds, essentially become MSVs, NHTSA has not changed their LSV standards or created an MSV classification. They want MSVs to meet more rigorous crash test requirements than what LSVs currently meet. Most states leave it up municipalities to pass local ordinances covering LSVs. An issue that frequently needs clearance at the state level is whether LSVs can cross state highways or routes with speed limits of 40 mph or more. See following link for more information.
