About
I am what some might call curious, others interested, my sister calls me nosey or a know it all. I would say I am someone that wants to know all he can about everything he can. I have many and varied interests from computers (mac mainly) to tech gadgets, eco-friendly ways of life and home remodeling and buying and selling investment property. I often find something I don’t want to spend the cash on and will research until I find a person to teach me or a way I can do it myself.
A little about my life, I have been involved in a little of everything. I have been a teacher in Los Angeles, a youth worker on Skid Row and South Central, an After School Program coordinator, a private Real Estate investor, a Real Estate Agent, a stay at home dad (one of my favorites), a home remodelor, a biodiesel maker, a landlord and much much more. I currently spend most of my work time managing my families invesment properties, of which we have 7.
This site covers my varied interests and research topics. Hopefully some of you out there will find some interesting info here. I am sure over time that this site will change but I hope to create a resource that we can all find useful and hopefully learn from each other.
