I have had my MacMini for about a month now, the one I use for my desktop computer.  I have recently upgraded it to 4GB of ram and it was chugging along just fine until a few nights ago.  I woke up in the morning and it was entirely frozen and would not wake up at all.  Not sure what to make of this at all.  I had been running Duplicate Annihilator at night going through my iPhoto library but I am not sure that was the problem.  Last night i did not run any programs but left it on as usual.  After my little experiment it has yet too lock up again so it may be tied to the program and the fact that my iPhoto library is on an external drive.  my fear is that it has something to do with the Ram upgrade which may or may not have voided my warranty depending on who you speak to.  I will keep you updated on any future development.
